WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Up to 5-10 working days for UK delivery, 10-15 working days for USA and Canada. Please allow up to 5 working days for Bulgaria.

Worldwide shipping takes about 15 days for your order to arrive, as we are a custom-printed company and we need time to produce great customized products for you! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us here

INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER POLICY
We cooperate with a third party to serve our international customers. After you have created your shopping cart, select the "international payment" button. Then you will automatically go to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs, as well as duties and taxes on your cargo. After completing your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to a third party distribution facility where they will process the order and ship the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order due to a mistake we made or because your profit crystals are damaged, you can request a refund by sending us an email behappy@crystallineme.com subject to applicable law, we will not refund any amounts if your dissatisfaction with Kristalin(s) is due to a mistake on your part or simply because you changed your mind.

Please follow each return procedure for non-personalized products that we specify from time to time. Please note that the right to cancel the contract and return the products does not apply to individual products, although you have the right to refuse any product that is defective or not, as described in our specifications. However, for orders for customized products made by the site, we usually allow a 30-minute period during which you can change your order. These 30 minutes expire from the moment the screen appearsβ€œ Thank you for your order" on the website at the end of the order process; if you want to take advantage of this, you must click the "Change my Order" button on this screen and complete the change process within a 30-minute period.

Return (accepted in the following circumstances):

Damaged product / Manufacturer's defects

If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or manufacturer's defect, we will make 100% full refund or replacement. We will require a photo proof of this by email behappy@crystallineme.com
For manufacturers with defects, we must be notified within 7 days of the delivery of the order.

If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match the product description. We will respect the refund for a full refund or replacement of another item.

Product lost in transit
If the product does not arrive because it is lost during transportation, we will ship it to you immediately! One of the conditions is that the client must absolutely make sure that his address is correct.

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted if the products meet the following criteria:

Delivery:

The customer is responsible for paying his own transportation costs for the return of the goods. Transportation costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will get back exactly what you paid for the product and nothing else as we offer free shipping.

Depending on your country of origin, it may take 3-5 business days for UK customers, 5-7 business days for US and Canadian customers, or up to 14 days for international customers for your exchange office to contact you.

Refusal:

If you ship items over 50 pounds, we strongly recommend that you send the product back to us with tracking, so if the product is lost in transit, it will be very easy to prove to us that it has actually been sent back
